Include your order number for cancellations, returns or a problem with your wig. Request changes promptly before dispatch. Stopping a parcel after dispatch may not be possible; legal cancellation rights still apply.
Changing your mind
For an online consumer purchase, tell us clearly that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods. For goods in one order delivered separately, the period starts after the last item arrives. No reason or prior approval is required. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Email us for the return address and instructions. This logistical step does not limit your right to cancel. You pay the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. Keep proof of posting and pack the goods securely.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Any deduction must reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Avoid cutting lace, colouring, washing or altering a wig while deciding whether to keep it. We do not automatically refuse all wig returns or charge a fixed restocking fee.
Refunds
Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without extra cost. We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. For cancellation of the whole order, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge. Additional costs for premium delivery are not refundable.
Incorrect, damaged or faulty goods
Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Photographs can help but are not a condition of exercising your rights. Your statutory rights to rejection, refund, repair or replacement apply. We cover necessary return costs for a valid faulty or incorrect item claim. No 24-hour or 48-hour reporting deadline removes your legal rights. Sale items have the same statutory protections as full-price items.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
