Delivery destinations and charges

Élorvane delivers to the destinations available at checkout, including the United Kingdom and selected European countries. Available shipping methods and charges are shown for your address before payment. Check the delivery information for your selected product and destination before ordering. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Unless another period is agreed with you, goods must be delivered within 30 days.

Tracking and address details

Where available, tracking is emailed after dispatch. Check your address and contact details carefully. Email us promptly for corrections; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Any actual additional reshipping cost caused by incorrect details will be explained before proceeding.

Delays, missing or damaged parcels

Contact us with your order number. Photographs and packaging can help an investigation but are not a condition of exercising your rights. We remain responsible for resolving delivery issues as required by law. Carrier delays do not remove your consumer rights.

If delivery is not made within the agreed period, you may require delivery within an appropriate additional period and cancel for a refund if it is not met. No additional period is required where the law allows immediate cancellation. Risk normally passes when you, or a person nominated by you, physically receive the goods.
