Shopping with Élorvane

These terms apply to this website and purchases from Élorvane. Product descriptions, selected options, offer conditions and the checkout summary form part of your purchase information. Keep your order confirmation.

Products and care

Check the material, measurements, cap or lace construction, colour and length of your selected wig. Follow the care guidance for the item. Do not use heat, dye or chemical treatments unless the product instructions expressly permit them. Colours may appear different across screens.

Prices and payment

The selected currency is shown alongside prices and at checkout. UK customers can shop in GBP. Check the final total, applicable taxes, discounts and delivery charges before paying. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Provide accurate order and contact details. If an item becomes unavailable or a material error affects an order, we will contact you to agree a solution. We will not substitute products or increase an accepted price without your agreement. Payments received for orders we cannot fulfil will be refunded.

Delivery and returns

Promotions

Promotions are subject to the stated eligibility, expiry and usage conditions. The actual discount is shown before payment. Marketing subscription is optional and is not required to buy.

Consumer rights and disputes

These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence. Italian law applies subject to those mandatory protections.
